WeBill was founded to address burning service delivery problems in South Africa and to revolutionise how utilities are measured, managed and billed. The Founders

WeBill was founded by Ayal Rosenberg and Steven Gottschalk in 2017. Steven has built up one of South Africa’s largest logistics companies and is a serial entrepreneur. He currently owns and runs several other businesses in the real estate, hospitality, and retail sectors. Ayal has a legal background and is a qualified lawyer. He has set up and been involved in four previous start-ups within the gaming, financial and metering sectors.
